Awful customer service, buyers beware! These people will lie through their teeth to get you to sign up or hang up. They bought AAA waste and didnt tell any of the old customers (including our business), They stopped the normal pick up times and still took our money from the auto payment every month. When I called I got a lady who claims she will try and help and try and get someone to pick up our trash and to give us a credit to our account. But then she stated they dont even know our account and their systems arent even setup yet..... But somehow they find it alright to continue billing and taking customers money. When I asked if I would receive a credit, I was told, "I will try, but cant promise anything". Literally a bunch of crooks, looks like T-MAC is getting all our future promoting/business
Two words to describe this company are haughty and stupid. I can't decide if they're more stupid, or more arrogant about being stupid. They don't pick up your trash, and then the 3rd time they guarantee to come get it the next day, they finally show up and leave a dirty diaper on the curb. Cause they're haughty. And they're stupid.
You better read the fine print. Poor response from the sales reps. I will not use their service ever again once the contract expires.
Did not pick up our trash, when contacted they stated the driver had marked off that our trash had been picked up. They also said they would send some one out to collect it. That never happened. While the raccoons and other animals enjoyed the fine meal the trash provided them we did not enjoy picking it up every day. The lack of customer service this company " provides" is unacceptable.
Service is poor and customer service is equally less then satisfactory. My wife called several times to complain after a month of not having our trash removed and the office claims "their records" indicate we received service. The drivers are dishonest yet the office refuses to consider that fact. They refuse to give us a refund for the month we did not receive service and I will be surprised if we receive a refund for the remainder of our 3 month payment now that we have terminated our service.
