The staff is very knowledgeable of all the services and products and not at all pushy...just helpful. They stand behind everything they sell and are willing to work to keep you happy! I've had everything from repairs, appraisals, resizing, cleaning and more done here as well as purchases some of the new inventory they have at the store and I've always been happy!
